Who We Are

Our website address is: www.tweeklynutrition.com

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, along with the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to support spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to verify usage. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture becomes visible publicly within your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, avoid including embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors may download and extract location data from images published on the site.

Cookies

  • If you leave a comment, you may opt-in to saving your name, email address, and website in cookies for convenience. These cookies last one year.
  • A temporary cookie is set when visiting the login page to determine browser compatibility. It contains no personal data and is removed when the browser closes.
  • Login cookies last for two days, while screen option cookies last for a year. Selecting “Remember Me” extends login persistence to two weeks.
  • Logging out removes login cookies.
  • If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie is stored indicating the post ID. It expires after one day.

Embedded Content from Other Websites

Articles may include embedded content such as videos, images, or articles. Embedded content behaves exactly as if the visitor accessed the external website directly.

These websites may collect data, use cookies, embed third-party tracking, and monitor interactions—especially if you are logged into those platforms.

Who We Share Your Data With

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

How Long We Retain Your Data

Comments and their metadata are retained indefinitely to recognize and approve follow-up comments automatically rather than holding them in moderation queues.

For registered users (if applicable), personal information provided in user profiles is stored securely. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What Rights You Have Over Your Data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where Your Data Is Sent

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service to help maintain platform integrity and security.
